This week’s camp focuses on Robotics with supplemental learning in Software and Coding! Your child will receive a foundational instruction in mechanical engineering and physics. Students will be learning and building with plastic materials in order to create many types of structures and robots. All of the robots our students create apply what they learn through fun activities, with each project based on real world applications and engineering concepts. Each project allows for the addition of creative customization. The first 2 days will be supplemented with Software, where they will learn illustration software to design and plan their creations. The last 3 days will be supplemented with Coding, where campers will learn how to bring their projects to life by programming their robots to function with both driver control challenges and autonomous actions. Our summer camps focus more on fun and learning through teamwork. All of our students get to explore robotics, coding, and software with the guidance of our instructors, learning together as a group. We ensure a 1-6 instructor-to-student ratio to maximize the fun and learning. After the camp, if your child is interested in learning more, they can join our after-school classes to continue their growth and learning.
We ensure that children will take a 15 minute snack break and a 30 minute lunch break every day. Snacks and Lunch are not provided.
We offer free early drop-off at 8:45 AM. If you would like to have your student with Technix Academy longer than 2 PM, we offer our normal classes after Summer Camp hours. Please feel free to give us a call or text and we will help you set up your schedule!
